As I'm sure you know, the ability to fight them (the companies/employers) that will push these soft mandates - at the cost of people's jobs/freedoms - is exponentially bolstered, if one can provide a source link and printed material, that refutes the mandate(s). Especially if legal action is taken, in the aftermath of a firing.
How can my major government contractor employer, tell me the government requires masking for 8 hours a day, if the same government has guidelines in place that contradict the latest tyranny?

You may only need to choose one or two of the harmful effects to get your point across, especially if the employer is made aware that they will be liable for the adverse health effects of CMS.
