How about it readers? Any of you ever had an episode of dehydration? How bad was it? Curious how many folks have had similar experiences ...

My go-to’s for working in the heat are Redmond’s Re-Lyte electrolyte mix. From what I can find, Redmond has some of the highest quality salt you can buy. It also uses Potassium CITRATE instead of chloride, which is great for treating and preventing kidney stones. Other key ingredients are Magnesium Malate as well as Magnesium glycinate. These are great for cardiovascular health, inflammatory disease, diabetes, sleep quality, Alzheimer’s, osteoporosis, headaches and many more.

Of course, if you want to keep it simple, pickle juice works wonders for dehydration cramps. No long ingredient list for this one, it just works lol

(Also great in popsicle form on a hot day)
